for some reason it won't let me login to the iPhone version of the pop up. I do have a pro account, and I know my password is correct. I enter my login info, hit “login” …a window pops up momentarily but it doesn't actually login. Any ideas?

sorry …also the badge count isn't working either. I click “authenticate” and then nothing happens.

Hi xxdesmus,
For the badge count issue, go to https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/chi... and install the latest version. Go to options and erase all settings, then authenticate again. It should work. Sometimes the authentication page takes a little while to open, please be patient.
For the iPhone issue, see http://code.google.com/p/chromemilk/wiki/KnownI...
Basically, you have to click, not tab, to the password input field. This is an issue with the RTM web app itself, and I cannot fix this.

worked like a champ! Thanks so much! This extension is pretty darn awesome. I've been waiting to integrate RTM into Chrome before I could completely ditch Firefox. Though the RTM inside Gmail — the sidebar, not the gadget — is still amazingly helpful and missing.
