For the badge count issue, go to https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/chi... and install the latest version. Go to options and erase all settings, then authenticate again. It should work. Sometimes the authentication page takes a little while to open, please be patient.

I do have a pro account, and I know my password is correct. I enter my login info, hit "login" ...a window pops up momentarily but it doesn't actually login.
